Property Deal Approved

October 1st: The members of Ripon Baptist Church have voted to proceed with a property exchange offer from Tom Rogers. The offer is to exchange the two houses, parking lots, and church building at 950 Metomen St for the former Affinity Healthcare property at 635 Oshkosh St in Ripon.

This property change will significantly enhance our facilities and ministries, especially in the following areas

• Handicap accessibility and easier building access for the elderly
• Increased classroom space
• Updated facilities requiring less maintenance
• 13,000 sqft main level provides much potential for remodel of larger auditorium
• Additional parking
• Beautiful location along the walking trail across from Hillside Dental

The deal is expected to be finalized towards the end of the calendar year, pending some final paperwork and governmental approval. Look for the official change of address announcement!

The near unanimous vote reflects our thankfulness to God for His provision. We are also thankful to Tom Rogers for extending the generous offer to our church family.
